CERTIFIED TIRE GOODYEAR ALAMEDA at 861 Marina Village Parkway, Alameda, California.

Not at all reliable, no respect for customer's time. Went there for oil change. Had to leave the car and was told to be called in approximately 2 hours after the job is done. I got a call after 1 and half hour saying we are sorry, the person who does the oil change has left and we won't be able to do it today. Was asked either to leave the car overnight or to pick up my car and come again tomorrow.
Such a disappointment and a waste of time.
