I have been working with Tianna for at least this last year. I have taken her classes on osteoporosis through the city of Alameda and at the yoga studio as well. Tianna has provided services to me as a yoga instructor, a physical therapist and I have been a client at the Mind-Body Center.

I can really say that Tianna is very knowledgeable and well prepared to work with a variety of people that may have very different needs! She often provides email, video and print material as part of her services and this system is helpful and encouraging. She always manages to offer material or advice that helps me stay motivated.

Tianna is exceptional in so many ways - which probably reflects both her diverse background and her good humored personality! A great combination and fun to work with.
