The rudest and most condescending owner I have ever encountered within recent memory. They only allow 7 days from arrival before they start charging storage fees. I listed my email address for email notification of arrival. I never got one. The LA shipper finally told me the Wed before Thanksgiving that it had arrived that Monday. With the Thanksgiving closure and no answer to the phones on Friday, that left the Monday after Thanksgiving to get it before charges started to accrue. When I picked it up the person at the desk told me it had actually arrived on Wed. When I emailed the company to note: failure of their website to send email notification, lack of operating hours (and the fact they close for lunch every day for one hour) and need to bring cash or business check to pay for fees, lack of same information on the phone message system, lack of any human answering the phone (voice mail boxes of the 0 operator being full) the CEO sent a whole series of gratuitously rude and condescending emails telling me he hated whiny victims, for me to get a broker, characterized my legitimate issues "sad excuses". Unbelievably arrogant and ridiculous responses from a CEO. Don't ever do business this Bobac if you can avoid it.
